My daughter was diagnosed with GBM in January of 2016. She had surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. Radiation began for six weeks as tumor was already starting to grow back. After radiation, she had six months of chemo – after which, the tumor was less than a cm and we were encouraged and thinking the Lord had given us the miracle for which we prayed.
We had nine months of the MRI showing the same – then in another two months, regrowth had begun. She is starting back on chemo this week.
She was put on an organic diet right after surgery – along with many supplements – Quark for the Budwig Protocol – K3, Vitamin C and Vitamin B17. She also exercises daily and sits in the sun each day. She is a pianist and even though she couldn’t even play scales after surgery, she is now back to playing for her church and teaching about 15 piano students.
Even though the latest MRI really devastated her and all of our family, we are not giving up the fight.
I would be interested in the supplements, etc., that have been instrumental in allowing the long term survival experienced. I just read the book and marveled at the mountain climb experience!
